Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. The currency selector on the site allows you to switch between AUD, GBP, CAD, EUR, ILS, NZD, and USD. The charged amount reflects the price in your selected currency at the time of purchase.
Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details.

Holdform is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original condition. Full details are on our Returns page.
You are responsible for ensuring the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable by Holdform.
