- Security & Encryption: Your card information is encrypted using SSL technology and handled directly by Stripe’s secure servers. Holdform does not store or have access to your full card details at any time.
- Instant Processing: Most payments are processed immediately so your order can be prepared without delay.
3. Currency & International Payments
We accept most global currencies. While our store displays prices in a primary currency, our payment processors are designed to handle international transactions seamlessly. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount into your local currency at their current exchange rate.
4. Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If your payment is declined or you encounter an error:
- Check Details: Ensure the billing address, CVV, and expiry date are entered correctly.
- Bank Authorization: Contact your bank—some institutions block international transactions by default for security.
- The PayPal Solution: If a card is being declined directly, using that same card through the PayPal Guest Checkout often resolves authorization hurdles.
