FAQ
Does a ratchet belt slip under tension? No. The spring-loaded pawl locks the mechanism until the release lever is pressed. The belt holds position throughout the day without adjustment unless you choose to loosen or tighten it.
Can I shorten the belt after trimming? Yes. Press the buckle release, slide the strap out, trim further from the buckle end, and reattach. The strap can be trimmed multiple times as long as sufficient length remains.

Why are ratchet belts better than pin-buckle belts for daily wear? Pin-buckle belts concentrate all belt tension at a single hole edge.
