The Sky Guardian is a canvas tactical belt with a U.S. Air Force wings-and-star insignia buckle in matte vintage zinc alloy. The wings and star design is deep-etched into the alloy face — part of the casting rather than a surface decoration. The 45mm × 68mm buckle has the same dimensions as the Ghost Squadron skull buckle — the two belts share identical canvas construction and are differentiated by insignia choice.
The high-tenacity canvas strap is a non-stretch, tight-weave webbing that resists fraying and maintains its shape under daily load. Canvas is moisture-resistant and quick-drying — it does not warp, crack, or develop odour from sweat exposure the way leather can in sustained outdoor or active use. At 38mm the strap fits standard jeans, cargo, and tactical trouser loops.
The friction-lock mechanism holds at any strap position — no holes, no ratchet steps, infinite fine adjustment. Press the rear lever to release.

HOW TO TRIM TO FIT
- Open the rear clamp and remove the canvas strap from the buckle
- Cut from the buckle end to your measured length using sharp scissors
- Briefly run a lighter along the cut edge to seal the canvas fibres and prevent fraying
- Reattach the strap and close the clamp
CARE
Wipe with a damp cloth. The canvas strap can be hand-washed with mild soap — allow to air dry completely before re-attaching the buckle. Do not machine wash. The zinc alloy buckle does not require polishing — wipe with a dry cloth.
