PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Official-Sleek is the narrowest belt in the HoldForm range at 30mm. This width is designed for formal trouser loops that are too narrow for standard 35mm belts — black tie trousers, slim-cut formal suits, and tailored dress trousers where the loop width is 28–32mm.

At 30mm the belt passes through the narrowest formal loops with correct clearance. A 35mm belt in a 30mm loop forces the loop fabric outward, creating visible tension at the waistband attachment points. The 30mm width eliminates this.

The ratchet mechanism replaces five fixed holes with a 32-position track at 0.5cm increments. No holes in the leather face and no stress concentration points.

The buckle is 70mm × 35mm — proportionate to the 30mm strap width. A buckle face narrower than the standard 40mm × 25mm, maintaining the slim profile of the strap rather than adding visual weight at the buckle.

The natural cowhide strap uses edge stitching for fraying resistance. Available in black and brown.

HOW TO TRIM TO FIT

1. Press the release lever on the buckle and slide the strap out of the housing
2. Measure your waist at belt loop level
3. Mark the cut point on the back face of the strap — always cut from the buckle end, never the finished tip end
4. Cut with sharp scissors at a 90-degree angle in one clean stroke
5. Reinsert the trimmed strap into the buckle housing and press the clamp until it engages
6. Pull the buckle firmly to confirm the clamp is fully seated

CARE

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Air dry if wet — no heat sources. Store hung vertically. Apply a small amount of leather conditioner every 3–6 months at the buckle fold area.
